Withing the HCM skill center we work on a project base with HR IT solutions. This means that we are specialized in IT implementations of HR Software. The focus is on IT, but having knowledge and/or an interest in HR can be very useful. We also have a technical team that is challenged with a diversity of different tasks like data migration, integration, release management, technical design, bug fixing, automation, RPA.

DCX is a skill center build to drive conversion by continuously (re-) engaging customers throughout the full customer journey by incrementally building a 360° degree view of the customers, leveraging this factual data to deeply understand the customers, select the optimal channel, timing and content to drive conversion for each step of the funnel and provide the customer with a unique, 1-on-1 personalized experience.

CSD is a practice which specializes in custom solution development for our various clients. To achieve this, we leverage traditional development languages like Java and C#, but also use the power of low code, cloud, RPA, chatbots, etc. to bring innovation to the customers.
